Process backorders as stock arrives.
Input any credit return recharge requests
Phone calls and emails
It is the point of contact for our dealers and internal sales team to follow up order status and answer queries relating to stock availability and pricing on all products.
Input and process motor sales orders and follow up with dealers receive overflow calls diverted from the reception.
Readiness to take any other overflow tasks from the order entry/ customer service teams.
- Enter stock transfer details and complete all relevant documentation
What you'll need to succeed
Previous customer service experience dealing with phone calls
Preferred to have a Business Degree
Being tech-savvy
Preferred to have ERP experience
Be able to commit 100% to a full-time permanent role
