Your new role

As a Senior Pega Decisioning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's technology landscape. You will leverage your expertise in Pega systems and marketing decisioning to develop innovative, scalable and secure solutions. Collaborating with a team of passionate professionals, you will drive key projects and ensure alignment with business strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience with Pega systems, particularly in decisioning and marketing (A Must).
• Strong skills in CRM, real-time decisioning and channel integration.
• Proficiency in SQL coding and data modelling techniques.
• A solid understanding of SDLC and experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and coach others.
