Your new company is a leading Data Centre organisation, specialising in the maintenance and repairs of data centres in Brisbane. This company ensures the security of their customers' data with their services such as Data Centres, Cloud, and Connectivity services in an energy-efficient manner.

Your new role

Your new role is to complete customer projects/requests in an efficient and safe manner whilst providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Maintenance and management of data server facilities
- Management of any projects or works assigned to you
- Facility walk throughs to identify concerns
- Monitoring of customer requests and Urgent Access Requests
- General Contractor and Customer supervision
- General ownership of equipment at each facility
- Maintain an operational understanding of plant, equipment, and systems
- Maintain an operational understanding of Data Centre operations
- Ability and willingness to be on-call

What you'll need to succeed

- In-depth knowledge of AS3000 Electrical Wiring Rules
- General knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011
- Fundamental understanding of registered cabling, generator systems, and BMS Systems
- Effective time management skills
- Planning and prioritising skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Understanding and implementing outstanding team work
- Relevant qualifications and licences to perform electrical work in Queensland
- White card
