Is a nationally renowned Facilities Maintenance contractor that has a range of clients they service across the country. With a long range of expertise, they provide solutions in Building Management, Facilities Management, Construction fit outs and Asset maintenance. Due to an increase in workload, they are now seeking an Electrician specialising in maintenance to join their growing team.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing electrical breakdowns and carrying out repairs in a safe & efficient manner
• Preventative and reactive maintenance of plant machinery, assets & general facilities
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with motors, PLC's, heavy machinery, battery bulls & distribution boards to name a few
• Maintaining all documentation as required & lasing with key subcontractors

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate would have:

• Australian Electrical Trade Qualification with a current Electrical License (HR - boom lift is desirable)
• Electrical background with proven experience in maintenance work
• Have a strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

What you'll get in return

On offer is a base salary of $153,653 + SUPER + Company car (this rate includes pre-paid overtime of 530 hours). This role will predominantly be a dayshift position! Please note that you will not have to work overtime every week - it will depend on work schedules and potential breakdowns.
