Hays Technology has partnered with an Employer of Choice based in the Brisbane CBD to appoint an Enterprise Service Management Architect to an initial 6-month contract.
This role offers 3 days' work from home per week and the opportunity for extension on an ongoing program of work.

Your new role

As the ESM Platform Architect, you will work with the wider ESM Team to lead the development of architecture principles, patterns, guidelines, and standards for the ESM platform (BMC Helix). You'll be tasked with expanding the platform from an ITSM tool, to a true Enterprise level tool, as well as:

• Designing platform strategy and roadmap

• Enterprise service design

• Process automation and optimisation

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge and experience as a platform architect or consultant with strong Enterprise Service Management experience in a complex organisation with a large ICT environment.

• Previous experience in technical configuration, programming, functional analysis, solution design and / or solution architecture roles

• Experience with either BMC Helix or ServiceNow platforms

• Strong understanding of ITIL

• Strong working experience of solution architecture methodologies, project management methodologies and in the development and review of solution options and roadmaps which are aligned to the Enterprise Architecture of a complex environment.

What you'll get in return

In return, you'll be offered an hourly rate based on your skills and expertise, between $130 - $140 incl. Super / hour as well as the likelihood for this role to extend past the initial 6 Months! This is a business critical expansion where you'll be joining an experienced professional team.
