Environment Planning and Compliance Coordinator

Your new role

Reporting to the Principal Advisor ESG and Heritage, you’ll:
  • Update and develop policies, systems, procedures, registers and training materials to enable compliance with heritage and environmental approval legislation
  • Communicate and educate staff on heritage and environmental approval obligations
  • Obtain relevant heritage and environmental approvals to enable the successful delivery of asset management projects

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll have a relevant tertiary qualification in Environmental Science:
  • Demonstrated depth of technical expertise and experience in environmental approval processes
  • Experience in effectively project managing and delivering environmental approvals and environmental management plans
  • Solid understanding of Heritage Act, Marine & Coastal Act, Flora and Fauna Act, Environment Protection, Biodiversity & Conservation legislation
