Engineering Requirements:

• NV1 Clearance
• Ideally, 5 + years experience in Model Based Systems Engineering, using tools such as Cameo, GENESYS, SysML Designer
• Systems of Systems and Systems Architecture
• Human Factors and Digital Human Engineering
• Modelling & Simulation
• Those with experience of optimising military defence systems' physical and cognitive ergonomics
• A willingness to relocate to Canberra and a genuine passion for digital engineering.

• NV1 minimum; NV2 or TSPV is highly regarded.
• For this, we are seeking highly experienced professionals, who can operate as an SME in digital engineering in the above areas.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Engineering policy, methodologies, standards development and interoperability.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to strategically influence ways of thinking.
• Flexibility to travel to Canberra as required.
