Your New Role:
As a Field Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing independent retailer accounts, growing the business, and securing new business opportunities within the market. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to introduce the company’s products to independent retail stores nationwide.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key store owners and decision-makers.
- Negotiating deals and securing product placement in independent retail stores.
- Representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- A strong understanding of the Australian grocery retail landscape, especially the independent sector.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- The ability to travel extensively across Australia.
