Your new role

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role not only in the finance team but in the business as a whole. You will complete a range of both financial accounting and management accounting duties, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and being the ‘bridge’ between finance and operations. What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will require previous experience within a similar position, with a willingness to learn and develop your pre-existing skill-set. CPA/CA qualification will be highly regarded as well as strong technical skills. A genuine care for the community and wanting to add value to people’s lives will see your values align with the team and organisation as a whole. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical, with a hard-working, ethical and motivated work ethic. As the business is currently going through a transformation period, someone who embraces change would fit best into the role. Previous experience working in a not-for-profit organisation will be highly regarded also.
