Your new role
We are currently seeking Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Payroll or Finance Officer professionals with a sound background, the ability to complete a broad range of tasks, and support a team.
In these temporary roles, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including but not limited to:
- Processing invoices and purchase orders, creditor payments and invoices.
- Performing payroll duties and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Assisting with financial reporting and month-end closing processes
- Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
- Providing support to the finance team as needed
- Data Entry
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, or as a finance officer
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as XERO, MYOB and SAP
- MS Office Suite with intermediate - advanced Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability for temporary roles
