Your new role

• Lead the month-end / year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Lead audit processes with support from the CFO.
• Coordinate the audit process with external partners.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting reporting cycles
• Work closely with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights.

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualified.
• Prior experience in leading company audit processes, preferably in a privately owned organisation.
• Financial Accounting and audit experience, preferably in the Mining Services or Manufacturing sectors.
• Excellent technical accounting skills and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret, analyse and reconcile financial information.
