Food & Beverage Attendant
Experienced Food & Beverage attendants required.

HOSPITALITY - Food & Beverage staff for roles based approximately 5 hours north of Adelaide to work in an historic town.

These roles offer the ability to work full-time hours on an ongoing basis (5 days on 2 days off). You will receive an attractive hourly rate and will be working between 35 and 45 hours per week and the work will be ongoing for the next 3 months +.
Due to these roles being remote, they are offered as a residential role, meaning you will live on site and the cost of all accommodation and bills will be covered. As these roles are in a remote town in South Australia, you must have your own vehicle to get to the town as there is no public transport available.

We are looking for candidates that have previous experience working in Cafés and Restaurants in front-of-house food & beverage positions.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Delivering meals
  • Clearing and resetting tables
  • Bar service
  • Clearing glasses and filling stock
  • Cash/EFTPOS handling
  • Café (Barista responsibilities)

Skills and Experience:

  • RSA Certificate
  • 2–3 years of recent food and beverage experience is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
  • Flexibility to work in both a busy café environment and a hotel restaurant
  • Barista skills required
  • Confident cash handling skills and processing financial (eftpos) transactions
  • Early morning shifts and afternoon shifts will be available.

All Candidates will be expected to undertake and pass an extensive pre-employment Medical and Instant Drug & Alcohol test.

To be considered for the role, you will be required to undertake an Australian Federal Police check and a pre-employment medical assessment which Hays pays for.

Due to the nature of these roles being ongoing, we are looking for candidates who are looking for a minimum of 3 to 6 months' work.
