Handy Person required for established facilities maintenance company

Your new company

An established facilities maintenance company who specialise in mechanical, electrical and handy person services are looking for an experienced Handy Person to work across a portfolio of commercial and retail sites across Sydney Metro, where you will be responsible for carrying out all-round maintenance and repairs.

Your new role

In this role you will be responsible for painting / patching, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, changing lamps, hanging whiteboards, changing roof tiles, general reporting and other related maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed

You will previous building maintenance experienced, work well in a team environment, good communication skills, clear criminal history and be able to pass a drugs and alcohol test.

What you'll get in return

In return you will be awarded an hourly rate of $37.50 - $40.00 + super, company vehicle, phone, holiday / sick pay working within an established facilities maintenance company.
