Your new company

Our client is an Australian steel manufacturer who has been operating for over 100 years, with multiple factories across the nation. They are currently seeking a HC driver to join their small local team out of their Queanbeyan branch.

Your new role

In your new role, you'll be responsible for:

• Driving the company truck to and from the factory

• Operating a Hiab crane to load and unload the truck on site

• Maintain the truck as required

• Liaising with customers and be the face of the company

What you'll need to succeed

This company is looking for drivers who have:

• A heavy combination (HC) truck license and recent operating experience

• A Hiab crane (CV) ticket and recent operating experience

• A valid White Card, Asbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness

• Excellent communication skills and be a team player

What you'll get in return

• Be paid $43 per hour casual plus superannuation and all industry allowances.

• Work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm with overtime and occasional Saturdays.

• Be part of a high-quality national business with many years’ experience in the industry

• Work in a brand-new truck with a brand with a new Hi-ab set up.
