Your new company

This major university in NSW is looking for a Head of Change Management to lead and develop the Change Management Practice within the Enterprise Program Management Officer (EPMO), guiding the university through best practice change management methods. This role provides change management leadership and expert advice for organisational readiness and is responsible for ensuring that the change capacity of the university is adequately considered when decisions regarding new strategic investments are made.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you must have;

• Previously led a change management centre of excellence
• Have strong understanding of enterprise change management within an EPMO setting
• Proven experience leading a small experienced team of change professionals
• A solid background reviewing Strategic Investment Proposals (e.g., Business Cases)
• You must have outstanding stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at a senior level
• Prior experience working with education stakeholders is highly desirable but not essential
