Your new role

As the CFO, you will be reporting to the Directors and managing the finance team while assisting in managing the office. Working with the Directors you will be responsible for providing meaning to the numbers along with:

• Management of the finance team
• Oversight of the budgeting and forecasting process (opex and capex)
• Development of group strategic plans
• Monthly reporting packs including commentaries
• External reporting and compliance including tax
• Process and system improvements
• Commercial analysis
• Management of group cashflow

What you'll need to succeed

You will be CA/CPA with solid experience within a construction organisation, have strong communication skills and the ability to interpret proposals, EBA's and contracts
