Our Client:
Our client is in the beauty industry and is located north of the river. They are seeking a data-savvy, results-oriented Head of Performance Marketing to lead and optimise our Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok ad campaigns.
Your New Role:
This full-time, permanent role is ideal for an experienced and analytical thinker who thrives in a collaborative team environment. You’ll develop and execute digital advertising strategies with a multimillion-dollar ad budget that drives brand growth, engage our audience, and meet business goals. This role comes with a competitive salary, paying between $150k - $180k depending on the experience of the successful individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end management of ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest, and TikTok, from planning to execution and analysis.
- Data Analysis: Analyse and interpret campaign performance metrics to identify trends, optimise for ROI, and inform strategic decisions.
- Budget Oversight: Manage digital advertising budgets effectively to maximise reach and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimal ad content.
- Market Research: Stay informed on platform updates, trends, and best practices in digital advertising, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and insights for key stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Proven experience in digital advertising across Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in using data visualisation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Meta Ads Manager).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
