Your new role
IT Help Desk Support : Assist users with hardware, software, and applications. Perform routine tasks like user account management, backups, and patching.
Application Support : Support various systems in collaboration with responsible areas.
Hardware/Software Installation : Assist with installations and upgrades.
Website/Intranet Management : Develop and manage content and functionality.
System Auditing : Track, report, and audit IT systems.
Project Assistance : Support additional projects and tasks as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
Broad knowledge of PC hardware and software.
Experience with VMware, HP Nimble SAN, and Microsoft Active Directory.
Familiarity with Civica Authority, e-Services, i-Services, Micro Focus Content Manager (Trim), Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365.
In-depth knowledge of website technologies and applications.
Ability to troubleshoot routine faults.
Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze information and make sound judgments.
Customer Service : Demonstrated ability to provide quality service under pressure.
Communication : Excellent oral and written skills.
Qualifications : Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Personal Attributes : Self-starter, highly motivated, team-oriented, and able to manage deadlines.
