Your new role

  • IT Help Desk Support : Assist users with hardware, software, and applications. Perform routine tasks like user account management, backups, and patching.

  • Application Support : Support various systems in collaboration with responsible areas.

  • Hardware/Software Installation : Assist with installations and upgrades.

  • Website/Intranet Management : Develop and manage content and functionality.

  • System Auditing : Track, report, and audit IT systems.

  • Project Assistance : Support additional projects and tasks as needed.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Broad knowledge of PC hardware and software.

  • Experience with VMware, HP Nimble SAN, and Microsoft Active Directory.

  • Familiarity with Civica Authority, e-Services, i-Services, Micro Focus Content Manager (Trim), Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365.

  • In-depth knowledge of website technologies and applications.

  • Ability to troubleshoot routine faults.

  • Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze information and make sound judgments.

  • Customer Service : Demonstrated ability to provide quality service under pressure.

  • Communication : Excellent oral and written skills.

  • Qualifications : Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

  • Personal Attributes : Self-starter, highly motivated, team-oriented, and able to manage deadlines.
