Privately owned, well established SME based on the North Shore of Sydney. Provides consumer products across ANZ with circa 80 employees nationally with a strong long-term track record of service, delivery and management of key brands.
The recruitment process for this position will commence formally from 7th January onwards, with a start date ideally in February 2025.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the entire HR function for the business, advising on all people matters and managing the employee lifecycle. Key areas will include:
Recruitment and talent sourcing
Onboarding and training
Talent management and development
Employee relations, modern awards and any HR policy advice needed
Performance management coaching for employees and leaders
Appraisal management, compensation & benefits
HR data and reporting
Developing in house HR processes, policies and compliance
WHS and management of any compliance related work
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Manager who enjoys working in small business cultures where you are always at the Coalface and working closely with all levels of a business
You will be hands-on, thrive in operationally focused work and enjoy variety
You will have previous experience of working in stand-alone roles
You will be experienced in coaching leaders, providing advice and support on operational and strategic people initiatives
Industry experience ideally from a healthcare, consumer, FMCG, or other aligned industry
Experienced partnering with a Sales & Marketing workforce would be advantageous
