As the HR Manager for the Stawell site, you will collaborate with the site leadership team to cultivate a safe and high-performing culture. This is a hands-on HR role where you will advise on HR matters including workforce planning, employee engagement, operating discipline, and organisational change.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Manage day-to-day and long-term workforce planning.
- Deliver a diverse range of HR functions in a dynamic working environment.
- Partner with relevant operational and functional teams (e.g., WHS, Resourcing) to govern site and business standards and processes.
- Advocate for cultural diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity practices.
- Prepare and utilise HR reports to drive and uplift business performance, requiring strong analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Provide technical expertise to leaders in managing performance and conduct, including workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
- Contribute to the execution of ER Strategy to deliver optimal business outcomes.
- Provide advice and interpretation on employment instruments and legislation.
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR Leader with a background in operations, manufacturing, or FMCG. You possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build effective business partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years' demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- A strong understanding of HR tools and processes,
- The ability to think conceptually, analyse, problem-solve, and drive practical solutions.

This role offers you an attractive annual salary of $140,000 - $160,000 + super.
