HR Manager with Global organisation
Thomas Foods International (TFI), established in 1988 is a leading Australian-owned and operated family business specialising in high-quality meat products.

TFI operates multiple facilities across Australia and has expanded its reach globally with locations in the United States and Canada
As the HR Manager for the Stawell site, you will collaborate with the site leadership team to cultivate a safe and high-performing culture. This is a hands-on HR role where you will advise on HR matters including workforce planning, employee engagement, operating discipline, and organisational change.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to :
  • Manage day-to-day and long-term workforce planning.
  • Deliver a diverse range of HR functions in a dynamic working environment.
  • Partner with relevant operational and functional teams (e.g., WHS, Resourcing) to govern site and business standards and processes.
  • Advocate for cultural diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity practices.
  • Prepare and utilise HR reports to drive and uplift business performance, requiring strong analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Provide technical expertise to leaders in managing performance and conduct, including workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
  • Contribute to the execution of ER Strategy to deliver optimal business outcomes.
  • Provide advice and interpretation on employment instruments and legislation.

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR Leader with a background in operations, manufacturing, or FMCG. You possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build effective business partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum 5 years' demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management, psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A strong understanding of HR tools and processes,
  • The ability to think conceptually, analyse, problem-solve, and drive practical solutions.

This role offers you an attractive annual salary of $140,000 - $160,000 + super.
