Your new role
You will report to the Manager of VET Engagement & Implementation
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of training products & projects to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in establishing mechanisms to monitor RTO, employer & learner outcomes from training delivery
- Report on the development of relevant learning materials required to support the delivery of training for workforce needs
- Perform administrative tasks and flexibly adopt responsibilities to support the manager.
- Assist with stakeholder engagement in support of SaCSA initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working within the Australian Vocation Education and Training (VET) sector, especially RTOs - which may have the following aspects: quality/compliance, resource development/instructional design, & Training/Assessment.
- Experience undertaking research, data analysis, technical writing and corporate/government reporting within VET policy, industry & Government data.
- Relevant Qualification (such as a Cert IV in Train & Asses), supplemented with competencies in Australia’s VET sector
- Project management skills to balance competing priorities with attention to detail
