You will be in a position of inbound sales, responding to leads generated through the website, reactivations of previous customers, or upselling to current customers. You will be relationship building and managing the account for their key clients, providing excellent customer service to build strong working relationships and experience for the client, which will lead to your ability to upsell products. This is not a hard sales role, we want you to build rapport and the sales will come naturally. Clients might want to skip a fruit delivery week, or follow up on a missing order, you will take extra care and consideration to these clients to make sure they have the best customer experience, retaining customers and adding in incentives to keep them with the business. Working 100% in the office in South Kensington, getting to enjoy fresh fruit each week! Having the flexibility to work the hours 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm allows you flexibility with your morning. This role is permanent, and you will be covered by an Enterprise Agreement.
