Your new role
Identify, develop, and promote rental opportunities with existing and new customers
Provide responsive, customer-focused service, promoting the company's products and services to ensure positive customer experiences and achieve revenue and targets.
Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM to create rental proposals and support the Marketing division with customer contacts.
Contribute to team operations by sharing knowledge, providing assistance, advice, and support to other team members to achieve overall revenue goals.
Liaise with the Category Manager and Service Team regarding customer feedback on rented equipment performance, pricing, asset utilisation, and market trends.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Experience with electric / environmental monitoring equipment is highly preferred
Passion for tools and complex equipment
Strong multitasking and task prioritisation abilities
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on prompt responses.
Experience in tracking and achieving KPIs.
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently (e.g., quotes, follow-ups, credits).
Pleasant and helpful demeanour on calls.
