  Join a dynamic mid-sized Federal Government Department in the midst of an exciting transformation! As an Information Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in modernising the Funding System by creating a high-level strategic roadmap for the Project.
  
  Your new role
  
  In this role, you'll develop a comprehensive roadmap by integrating user journeys, system capabilities, service offers, and implementation timelines. This roadmap will be crafted through a series of focused workshops, leveraging a wealth of existing materials. It will be designed for both hardcopy and electronic formats, seamlessly linking to source documentation on the Project’s SharePoint.
  
  What you'll need to succeed

• A keen understanding of end-to-end interactions between services/systems and their users, with the ability to depict these in innovative ways.

• Strong analytical skills to review existing materials and conduct research with internal stakeholders to gather additional information.

• Relevant education, professional certifications, or industry experience in the public sector.
