An internationally renowned mining organisation that focusses on the development and extraction of base metals is seeking an experienced Instrumentation Technician to work in North West QLD.

Your new role

Working within the electrical team you will be responsible for

• Installation, maintenance and Inspections of equipment, instrumentation and control systems
• Performing scheduled and preventative maintenance on plant equipment
• Adjusting, repairing and replacing worn or defective components and wiring
• Minimising downtime and disruptions to operations.

This role is offered on an 8/6 roster FIFO from Townsville or Brisbane or DIDO from Mount Isa.

What you'll need to succeed

• QLD Electrical Licence
• Instrumentation ticket / experience
• Prior mine site experience advantageous
