Working for one of Australia's oldest NFPs, based in Sydney, you will be the temporary Communications partner working in a highly driven team. The organisation works across various areas to have a positive impact on communities.

Your new role

This is a busy role that is brand new in the organisation. You will be responsible for the internal communications and change communications. As part of this role, you will be working with senior and executive leaders in the organisation to develop internal communication strategies, focused around communications through emails, intranet, social media, company-wide briefs etc. The role requires someone who has extensive experience across change communications mixed with internal communications. There will be a major systems update along with a new strategic plan in which you will facilitate the communications for this change.

You will work closely with senior leaders to understand the communications strategy, and you will advise on how to communicate this internally.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Experience working in a similar role in internal communications and change communications

2. Experience drafting comms internally-good writing skills are essential

3. Good with systems such as Microsoft, SharePoint Workplace, Microsoft Suite.
4. Experience producing communications via social media.
5. The ability to work quickly and efficiently
6. Excellent writing skills
7. Excellent time management skills
