A growing Managed Service Provider based in Bendigo requires a Systems Engineer to join its team for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP. Your new role

• Undertaking and performing network, systems and cloud project implementation and deployment duties.
• Leading and coordinating technical staff based on customer requirements.
• Designing and deploying solutions for Cloud Migrations, Virtualisation, Networking, Servers, Storage and Backups.
• Providing level 2 & 3 IT support to a broad range of clients.
• Assisting with escalated complex technical support requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience in providing level 2 & 3 support.
• Proven experience with Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, VMware / Hyper-V, Azure, Network Infrastructure configuration and Automation / Scripting (PowerShell preferred).
• Excellent documentation skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of a business.
• Prior experience with ConnectWise Manage / Automate, Datto backups, Confluence, HP switches, and Sophos firewalls is highly advantageous.
• A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Sophos and VMware certifications are beneficial.
• Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is advantageous.
• Current driver’s license and access to a car.
