Your new role

  • Ensure safe work practices and support team training.
  • Manage maintenance processes in line with governance standards.
  • Provide technical support and act as the technical SME.
  • Perform planned and corrective maintenance, and support machine setup.
  • Collaborate with planners and engineers for efficient work planning.
  • Support line performance and capability studies.
  • Contribute to new CAPEX solutions and business case development.
  • Minimise waste through cost-effective maintenance activities.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and continuous learning.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Engage constructively with stakeholders.
  • Strong technical capability and troubleshooting skills.
  • Build effective relationships and work under pressure.
  • Technically astute in FMCG environments.
