Your new role

• Develop and implement communication strategies and corporate branding, ensuring effective communication across various channels.
• Manage day-to-day communications, including emails, newsletters, media statements, social media updates, and stakeholder events. Develop and maintain digital platforms and solutions, including websites and intranet.
• Provide advice and support to other staff on key communication matters, including emergency management and communication support.
• Provide effective leadership, ensure ethical behaviour, and comply with health and safety policies. Contribute to achieving corporate objectives and building proactive relationships with community stakeholders.
• Monitor ICT delivery, coordinate the development of Annual Reports, and ensure effective use of communication channels through drafting and reviewing content.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven track record in leading and managing contemporary communications for large and complex organisations.
• Technical skills to develop and implement digital communication strategies.
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as communications, public relations or media.
