Hays are partnering with a large aged care provider who are looking for a Manager Mental Health to join their head office on a permanent basis.

Your new role

This is a really exciting opportunity to lead a team that provides non-clinical Mental Health Recovery Services for adults who have been diagnosed with severe or persistent Mental Health conditions
The role:
• The position is responsible for managing the Mental Health recovery services provided across 3 residential facilities, in-reach services across the community, Family and Carer program and Psychosocial NDIS within the Perth Metro region
• This is a meaningful opportunity to take operational responsibility and leadership of our teams in Community Options, Community Mental Health, Family Carer Support and Disability Services
• Support the Recovery Teams to be able to provide recovery and person-centred support in the community, to individuals experience long term mental illness
• Your key areas of focus will include customer service, service development, financial management / reporting, contract management and risk management.
• The position directly manages 2 Team Leads who look after a large number of Recovery partners

What you'll need to succeed
• 5+ years of experience working in Mental Health
• Extensive knowledge of the NDIS framework, funding requirements and protocols
• Experience leading a team to deliver services in line with National Standards for Mental Health Services
• Lead the development of NDIS service delivery
