Your new role
You will report to the Director of Insights & Planning
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and analyse data research and generate reports to communicate these findings.
- Oversee and project manage the team’s research and reporting processes.
- Integrate industry feedback and data to develop and adapt policy solutions.
- Liaise with industry experts and research organisations to capture insights.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in economic and workforce topics particularly within the national and state policy context
- Experience in developing research, analysis, report writing, and communicating findings to senior and junior audiences
- Project management experience and the ability to balance and contribute to multiple concurrent projects
- Experience engaging with VET policy through relevant education or training government bodies
- Relationship/Stakeholder management skills and ideally a network within the VET sector
- Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Policy research or a related discipline.
