Your new role

As a Mining Project Leader, you’ll take the reins of projects that integrate advanced technology into mining operations. You’ll oversee the deployment of innovative systems. This is a hands-on role requiring active engagement on site and close collaboration with clients and other project teams. You’ll also contribute to operational change, safety leadership, and mentoring junior team members.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in the Mining industry
• Leadership expertise, preferably as a Project Leader, Engineer or Manager
• A strong interest in driving technological change (previous experience in tech-driven projects is a bonus).
• An engaging and collaborative mindset.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Mining, Mechanical, or similar) are highly regarded but not essential.
