Hays Recruitment has partnered with an organisation based in Rutherford, who specialises in manufacturing and supplying high-quality industrial radiators, charge air coolers, and heat transfer units. They provide essential services to the mining, construction, and agricultural industries, ensuring efficient and reliable cooling solutions for heavy-duty equipment.

Your new role
This is a newly created role designed to assist Estimators, Schedulers and other staff members based in the office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • General administration duties, filing, data entry, using Microsoft Office Suite, and PRONTO
  • Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients, responding to incoming enquiries and directing them to internal team members
  • Assisting with estimates, quotes and proposals for existing and prospective clients
  • Data entry and database management
  • Adhering to health and safety policies
  • Other adhoc duties and assisting other team members as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an administration or similar role is essential
  • Background in mining, manufacturing, construction or similar industry is highly desirable
  • Great communication skills, passionate about customer service, able to build relationships with clients and internal staff members
  • Tech-savvy, experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, PRONTO or similar is highly desirable.
