Location: Welshpool, Western Australia
Pay rate: $40 per hour (Temporary to Perm role)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 5 / 10 - 6

About the Role:
As a Dispatch Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating and managing dispatch operations. Your attention to detail and computer-savvy skills will be put to good use as you handle large volumes of emails and provide quotes to clients. While SAP experience is beneficial, it’s not a strict requirement – we value your ability to learn and adapt!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Respond to client enquiries and provide accurate quotes.
  • Monitor and prioritise incoming emails, maintaining excellent communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise processes and streamline operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Dispatch Officer or in a similar role.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using dispatch software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory.
