Your new role

• Working with the Executive Director to review policies, process and workflows
• Leading a back-office processing team, while creating forecasting plans for team expansion based on volumes
• Building process maps and procedures for your team, providing all the tools to be successful within the role
• Assisting with business decisions that will impact the corporate banking, investment banking, global markets, asset solutions and group treasury teams
• Presenting to c-suite executives both nationally and internationally, being able to interpret and present on data
• Liaising with Senior Management on all reporting aspects

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a leadership capacity within investment banking or market operations (i.e. Ops Mgr, Project Mgr, Product Mgr)
• Have a strong understanding of capital markets, treasury and corporate banking on a domestic and international scale
• Experience with budgeting, fund allocation and project costs
• Experience in creating and implementing new policies/processes
• People skills, being able to work in a diverse and engaging environment
• An innovative and go-getter approach
