Your new role
Working as a Branch Manager you will be:
- Leading a successful team, while creating forecasting plans for team expansion based on volumes
- Building process maps and procedures for your team, providing all the tools to be successful within the role
- Assisting with business decisioning that will impact the branch performance, whilst assisting the community
- Liaising with Senior Management on all reporting aspects
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience leading/managing a large team (does not need to be within banking or financial services)
- Have the ability to inspire, motivate and bring people on the journey
- Experience with budgeting, fund allocation and project costs
- People skills, being able to work in a diverse and engaging environment
- An innovative and go-getter approach
