Join a Big 4 Bank who are committed to providing the best service to their clients and creating a fantastic working environment. Due to the growing market and business coming through, they are seeking a branch manager to join their team and be part of the successful environment they have.

Your new role

Working as a Branch Manager you will be:
  • Leading a successful team, while creating forecasting plans for team expansion based on volumes
  • Building process maps and procedures for your team, providing all the tools to be successful within the role
  • Assisting with business decisioning that will impact the branch performance, whilst assisting the community
  • Liaising with Senior Management on all reporting aspects

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Previous experience leading/managing a large team (does not need to be within banking or financial services)
  • Have the ability to inspire, motivate and bring people on the journey
  • Experience with budgeting, fund allocation and project costs
  • People skills, being able to work in a diverse and engaging environment
  • An innovative and go-getter approach
