What you'll need to succeed

• Strong background in finance, banking, technology or fintech.
• Experience with digital insurance systems, including administration, integration, policy management, data handling, pricing, and financial operations.
• Knowledge of compliance, tax reconciliation, general ledger (GL), auditing, regulatory requirements, and financial performance.
• The ability to work across technical and business domains, integrating finance and technology solutions.
• Lead PM/squads and platforms, collaborate with cluster leads, and engage with the finance leadership team.
• Develop and implement technical strategies, manage transformation tech stacks, and work with vendors and auditors.
• Strong influencing skills with no direct reports but matrix reporting structure.
• Work with corporate platforms, SMEs, and other cluster leads in digital insurance and banking.
