Your new role

As part of the Owners Corporation team, you’ll manage residential portfolios with a focus on properties around the CBD. You will take on a variety of responsibilities, including handling 50+ lot portfolios and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You’ll work with Property IQ as the CRM system to ensure seamless management of client interactions and internal processes. You’ll be rewarded for your hard work with overtime paid in the form of time off in lieu.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• Experience in Owners Corporation management, preferably with residential portfolios.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
• A polished, professional appearance and a motivated, proactive attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Property IQ (preferred but not required).
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, corporate environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
