Your new role
Handle incoming calls from colleagues and customers, addressing enquiries and providing support related to orders, invoices, and other matters
Process incoming orders using ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Prepare and manage invoices as part of order processing
Handle the processing of credits in a timely and accurate manner
Manage and send back orders, ensuring smooth order fulfilment
Answer questions related to orders, invoices, credits, and other topics for customers and internal team members
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 2 years experience within customer service/order processing
Adaptability with work schedules and availability across varied hours and days
Exceptional attention to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
Strong commitment to supporting and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders
What you'll get in return
$60k-70k + super (pro rated)
3/4 day working week across 24-28 hours (must be flexible)
30 days holidays (pro rated)
