Your new role will be amongst one of Sydney’s leading innovative project companies that rise above in the current market due to their unique strategies and prospects. This company is located in the Northern Beaches, walking distance from plenty of cafés and chic perks. You will be working in a dynamic office culture with the flexibility of making the role your own as well as developing your skills alongside the payroll team of three as the company takes on other payroll entities to integrate into their main pay-run. There is also plenty of room for ERP improvement, so this opportunity will allow you to exploit your system improvement and project skills!

Your new role

• It’s a complex payroll – 1000+ employees in total
• Vast array of payruns plus EA based payrolls
• Time attendance processes
• Payroll ledgers are divided into business units and geographical locations
• 3 people in the payroll team, including the manager

What you'll need to succeed

• Blue collar or salaried previous experience
• Technically strong and hands-on
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to be exposed to payroll project work
• Comfortable with some manual processes
