Your new role

As a Production Process Manager, you will oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality. You will implement and maintain best practices in manufacturing and production, lead and mentor production staff, and monitor and optimise production costs while maintaining product quality. A key aspect of your role will be driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product processes, especially for their unique line of natural wellness products.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a production management role in FMCG

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in production processes

• A commitment and knowledge of continuous improvement
