Your new role

• Assist the Production Coordinator in promoting and upholding a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with WHS protocols.

• Participate in the assembly of timber packaging to meet production targets.

• Support the management of daily operations to maintain high standards in custom timber packaging production.

• Help train, motivate, and lead team members to achieve peak performance.

• Aid in the introduction and oversight of new processes to boost operations efficiency.

• Assist with customer service enquiries and provide quotations based on requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a supportive role, such as 2IC, Team Leader or Supervisor within a production or manufacturing environment.

• Background in the timber industry or carpentry trade is preferred or relevant field.

• Dedication to maintaining high quality and safety standards.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• A customer-centric attitude with a commitment to delivering great service.

• A forklift licence is a plus.
