Production Worker

Production Worker required for a 4-day week, long hours with temp to permanent opportunity available.

Your new company

HAYS has partnered with one of Australia’s largest suppliers and installers of specialised building materials. They are seeking to employ experienced production machine operators to expand their Carole Park team.

Your new role

You will have a hands-on, physically demanding role in many different aspects of production. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Start up and monitor machine controls to ensure optimal performance
  • Address machine breakdowns and alerts promptly
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures
  • Maintain optimal machine efficiencies and output
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Carry out heavy lifting and manual handling

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
  • Be able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Testing
  • Valid Driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Able to heavy lift 20KGs
  • Previous experience in production
  • Valid Forklift Licence highly desirable
  • Willingness to learn
