Your new company

A forward thinking, innovative, driven PM/DM firm servicing a range of clients from start to finsih of projects. Having grown a lot in the last 10 years they have a strong pipeline and plenty of experience at the top. Due to this level of experience, internally they require an intermediate PM/DM to come and assist on projects, learn the development game if they require, and progress to that development manager.

Your new role

With a background in a client side PM firm, or another developer you will assist various senior DM's across various projects, getting real exposure throughout the full life cycle, from acquisition to delivery. Working a fast paced team, within 12 months you will have learnt than most other organisations.

What you'll need to succeed

The client is extremely specific given their current structure. Please read;
A degree in a construction or property related field
4-8 years experience due to current company structure
MUST have worked for a client side PM consultancy or another developer
Working on similar building related projects, industrial, residential, education, retail, commercial.
Based in Melbourne with full working rights
Confidence and clear communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills

$120k- $150k+super
