Seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead an integration project within their Investment Banking and Wealth Management division. This role requires strong stakeholder management, data analysis expertise, and proficiency in change management processes. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with business requirements.
Your new role
Act as the main liaison between stakeholders, managing communications across onshore and offshore teams.
Coordinate and support client outreach efforts, ensuring timely and effective engagement.
Prepare and present project status reports, tracking key deliverables and milestones.
Oversee change management, including internal communications and facilitation of training sessions.
Update and maintain procedural documentation aligned with regulatory and operational changes.
What you'll need to succeed
Project Management experience within Financial Services
Strong background in Wealth Management - must have
Proven experience working on Integration projects
Excellent stakeholder management skills
