Your new role

In this position as a Project Manager, you will lead operations to ensure the smooth and safe execution of site and haulage services. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations such as load and haul, crusher feed, road maintenance, and civil works. You'll also focus on asset utilisation, ensuring compliance with company standards, and coaching a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to align project delivery with business goals, enhance commercial outcomes, and implement strategies to drive consistent improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Senior experience in Supervisory/Managerial roles within the heavy haulage or mining industries.
• Expertise in operational processes like road haulage, ROM works, and site services.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven record of mentoring teams and fostering collaboration.
• Excellent knowledge of HSEQ standards and compliance requirements within haulage and mining operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder engagement and oversee the execution of contracts effectively.
• Understanding of financial processes, including pricing and evaluation of haulage projects.
