The Property Contracts Manager vacancy is a crucial role which will provide influence across multiple areas of the business.
Your new role
Working under the banner of the Property Operations division, you will commence with demonstrated experience in Property management, accompanied by a good understanding of Asset Management and building compliance. Daily you will look to streamline processes and systems to enhance the way business is completed internally. Intrinsic duties are as follows:
- Ensure compliance and consistency across the business relating to SWMS. Key Fobs, PPE and induction programs
- Interpreting leases and contracts daily
- Managing service agreements with contractors
- Reviewing of relevant legislation
- Tenant liaison and relationship building
- Overseeing relevant Property Management and Operations documentation
- Manage internal company induction software for new staff and external stakeholders
- Drafting and finalising service agreements
- Analysing the best cost for service outcomes for the wider business
- Management of the internal staff within the contracts & compliance division
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High delivery of service to all internal and external stakeholders
- Organisational and time management skills
- Previous Property/Asset Management Exposure
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise a high workload
- Hold the values of hard work, transparency and kindness in high regard
- Proficient across systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
