• Confirming purchase orders with vendors
• Expediting Orders including direct engagement with vendors to develop solutions that meet order requirements
• Obtaining supplier
  QA documentation as required
• Provide support. E.g. Obtaining quotes, liaising with vendors for documentation, arranging freight movements, creating purchase orders for freight and matching invoices.
• Resolving invoice discrepancies
• Assist onboarding Vendors onto Vendor Portal and ensuring compliance with same.
• Assist with Vendor performance discussions in regard to quality performance.
• Participate with other team members in projects led by the Purchasing Manager or Strategic Sourcing.
• Provide coverage and support to other procurement team members as required

• Min 2 years procurement experience
• Experience in the use of ERP systems (ideally SAP) for purchasing
• Must be willing to contact suppliers directly and engage to provide solutions and deliver on-time
• Experience working in an operational environment preferred
• Experience with reporting software
• Intermediate excel and Power BI and SAP experience are an advantage

Initially, we require someone for a 6-month contract, but this may well be extended. You must have full working rights and ideally have previous local experience in a similar environment. Unfortunately, applications from working holiday visas or student visas will not be considered.
