A leading global defence organisation seeking Purchasing Officers for urgent project work - Baseline Clearance Required

Your new role

In this critical position, you'll support medium-term procurement decisions, ensuring value for money and mitigating contract risks. You'll collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to manage RFQ and tendering processes while engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project success.

• Resolve subcontractor queries and manage technical RFQs
• Negotiate and coordinate quotes, tender documents, and repair specifications
• Track changes in project scope and support project closures
• Ensure invoices align with purchase orders and resolve disputes

What you'll need to succeed

• Baseline Security Clearance Required

• Exceptional communication skills

• Proven experience in Purchasing, Contracts, or Project Administration

• Strong stakeholder management skills

What you'll get in return
