A globally renowned technology company is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative UX Researcher with a strong focus on survey methodologies and advanced statistical analysis. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making within their product development process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quantitative research methods, particularly in designing, executing, and analysing complex surveys. They will be responsible for translating large datasets into actionable insights that inform product strategy and user experience improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
5–6 years of industry experience applying quantitative research and survey methodologies in a UX context.
Experience designing, executing, and analysing large-scale surveys using advanced statistical methods (e.g., regression, correlation, factor analysis).
Knowledge of tools such as R, SQL, MaxDiff, and conjoint surveys for data analysis.
PhD in social sciences, statistics, experimental research, or a related field preferred

The role offers a 12-month contract role, with a competitive daily rate. Hybrid work setup with office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, located in Sydney.
